Dale Carnegie of Orange County has formed a strategic alliance with Mike Richardson, who is a thought-leading expert, author, and speaker on enterprise agility, agile leadership, and adaptive management. He is also a master of chairing and speaking to peer groups for CEOs and executives, which he has been doing for nearly 20 years. Previously he was an executive, then CEO, then Divisional CEO running the Aerospace division of a British Public company, Spirent plc. Mike is a career-long customer of Dale Carnegie and a 2-time winner of the Dale Carnegie International Leadership Award, awarded to one company annually since 1977, which he won in 1999 and 2019. He was also previously a Dale Carnegie certified trainer. Mike, originally from England, now lives in Temecula Wine Country.
