Lisa is an award-winning speaker and professional writer with over 20 years of experience. She has been published in magazines and has written speeches and articles for corporate officers, including executives at Turner Home Entertainment, Taco Bell Corp., and ICU Medical. Lisa graduated from Long Beach State with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and did her internship at Channel 2 News in Los Angeles, where she researched stories and conducted preliminary interviews. With a passion for writing, she recently launched her blog, “Enthusiastically, Lisa.” Her desire to teach, coach, and develop others brought her to Dale Carnegie Training, where she does one-on-one executive coaching, and facilitates the High Impact Presentations, Leadership Training for Managers, and Skills for Success courses. In 2012, she ranked in the top 1% of trainers globally. Currently, she is ranked 6th in North America. Lisa enjoys cooking, entertaining, discovering new wines, hiking, meeting interesting people, and spending time with friends and family. Her motto is, “Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass. It’s about learning how to dance in the rain.” She lives in Lake Forest with her husband, two spectacular children, and their lovable, gregarious dog, “Cooper.”
