The Power of the All-Female Environment in Fueling Female Leaders

Renowned thought leader and developmental psychologist Dr. Andrea Bastiani Archibald will address the importance of the all-girl environment in preparing girls for a lifetime of leadership. Dr. Andrea’s interviews and insights on child development, diversity and inclusion, and girls and women’s leadership have appeared in top-tier media, including The Today Show, Good Morning America, Fox News, CNN, NPR, AP, Fast Company, Parents Magazine, BuzzFeed and Mashable. Her expertise has powered the content for award-winning, national curriculum resources, as well as Raising Awesome Girls, a dedicated section for parents and families on Girl Scouts of the USA’s website.

Moderated by Orange County Girl Scouts, a live panel of leaders from Experian, Gensler, Kaiser Permanente, and Western Digital will discuss the role and impact of female affinity groups in driving recruitment, retention, and performance in the workplace, sharing insights into programs for women they have successfully implemented within their own organizations.
