"After reading lots of the Dale Carnegie resources and attending Dale Carnegie of Orange County's free workshop, I finally decided to take the lead and take one of their Leadership courses. Specifically, I took the Leadership Training for Managers. The program exceeded my expectations! Each week we covered new materials that allowed me to better understand myself and the type of leader I want to become. My trainer pushed me to work on improving some roadblocks that stood in my way of growing my career as a leader.
