I’d like to introduce myself if we haven’t already met. I’m Jason Richmond and I’m excited to inform you that my company Ideal Outcomes, Inc. has acquired the Dale Carnegie Orange County franchise.
I’m no stranger to Dale Carnegie. For the last nine years, Ideal Outcomes has worked closely with the Orange County team supporting their professional development solutions and leadership training.
And personally, before founding Ideal Outcomes, I was Global Vice President of Client Acquisition and Services for Dale Carnegie corporate.
There has always been great synergy between Ideal Outcomes and Dale Carnegie Orange County, and it makes perfect sense to forge an even closer relationship. It’s a natural progression. Each entity brings its specific talents and expertise to the table for the benefit of you, our clients, and you can rest assured that the existing Orange County team will remain in place to continue to provide their excellent service.
Let me tell you a little more about me. For more than 20 years I’ve helped organizations of all sizes—from startups to Fortune 100 companies— implement talent development paths, culture maps, succession plans, and learning strategies. And in the process build strong, sustained revenue growth.
I’m the author of three books Culture Spark: 5 Steps to Ignite and Sustain Organizational Growth and Culture Ignited: 5 Disciplines for Adaptive Leadership and The One Advantage. As a member of the Forbes Business Council, I write a monthly article for forbes.com. I’m also an opinion columnist for CEOWORLD magazine and a contributing writer to HR.com.
An avid traveler, I’ve visited more than 20 countries around the globe. I’m a sports enthusiast, actively participating in all kinds of water sports as well as golf, hiking, skiing, tennis, and pickleball while I love to watch collegiate sports and major events like the Olympics and World Cup. Above all, I have a passion for fostering workplace culture and for helping others grow into leaders.
