Each year, Dale Carnegie & Associates recognizes their top 8 trainers from amongst ~2,500 trainers throughout the world. These awards are based on assessments from our customers for achieving the highest Voice of the Customer (VOC) scores.
Dale Carnegie of Orange County is honored to congratulate Brenda Wells for ranking second in this prestigious category. For DCA’s 2019 fiscal year, Brenda achieved a 96.4 VOC score and a 94.1 Net Promoter score.
Brenda has been a Dale Carnegie Corporate Trainer for 4 & 1/2 years and is also the Founder and Executive Director of the non-profit organization, i-5 Freedom Network.
