Creating Diverse Workplaces that Fuel Female Ambition

Friday, September 18th, from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Keynote: L. Song Richardson
Dean and Chancellor’s Professor of Law at the UCI School of Law and leading expert on the science of implicit bias

On the heels of last year’s Voice for Girls forum focused on the role that unconscious bias plays in our own lives, as well as how it affects today’s girls and women, we’re bringing the extraordinary L. Song Richarson back to continue the important conversation on implicit bias in the workplace, honing in this year on how companies and leaders can bring meaningful and sustainable diversity to their organizations.
