garden-grove-chamber-cultivating-trust-based-relationshipsSteve Thomas, Executive Consultant and Regional VP of Dale Carnegie of Orange County,  was invited to speak to the Garden Grove Chamber members at their monthly Networking Breakfast at the Anaheim Marriott Suites in Garden Grove. Steve facilitated a Dale Carnegie-style workshop on Building Trust-Based Relationships.

The Garden Grove Chamber of Commerce members who attend the session consisted of business owners and consultants, all based in Garden Grove, California. Thomas started the workshop by providing them with Dale Carnegie research data that showed the effect of cultivating relationships had on long term business success.

Then, after several small group discussions, Thomas facilitated several Dale Carnegie techniques that could be used to cultivate stronger connections with both new prospects and existing clients.
