Dale Carnegie of Orange County recently facilitated a Leadership Workshop for 60 future girl-leaders at Girls Inc of Orange County. Facilitating the workshop was Steve Thomas and Mandi Morgan.
The Leadership Workshop covered all the fundamentals of building trust, the cycle of development, and Dale Carnegie’s relationship pyramid. The girls were taught the 4 building blocks of leading to success: direction, competence, communication, and collaboration. Together with their peers, the girls developed a vision for their future success and how they plan to become a leader.
